This device is easy to use. If you feel you need to lie down, you just put the device near the top end of your butt crack and lie on it. I do some stretches with it. It really does work and it feels like it hits the nerve pressure point. It’s a painless and comfortable way to get pain relief. I have mainly a hips/ pinched nerves / legs problem. Nothing can be seen on x-ray, it’s mysterious, but this does help my problem very much. I love it and keep it near my bed.
