I have done Pull Ups all my life… So I don’t get it !! What in the world can I be doing wrong. Can my sitting position at the computer be the cause ? I’ve been working for long hours in front of the PC. For months now.
I didn’t have no accident or anything…

I am doing all kinds of rehab exercises since I started feeling pain ONLY when I do Pull Ups.
I do everything else FINE ! running, cycling, swimming, push ups, planks, abs, soccer, tennis, Jiu Jitsu, NO PAIN whatsoever.
But when I try PULL UPS …there it is… right in the lower spine, a sharp pain. I can still do the PULL UPS, but I decided to stop’em until I figure it out what is going on.
Has Anybody ever had a similar problem ? Any tip ??? PLEASE !!!

Thank you for these videos. I’ve had back (mainly lower back) pain for an ongoing two years now. Sciatic pain mostly, as well as knots.
