Ive had lower back pain for quite a few years now. Its slowly gotten worse and worse(I know, its my fault for ignoring it). Now its to the point where it may be causing bad headaches. My back almost constantly hurts. When I lay down at night, I have to arch my back until the pain settles or i adjust to it. What could be the cause of it?

I am 18 years old and in good shape. I recently injured my lower back doing dead lifts and accidentally shifting weight. It started with little pain and stiffness, but occasionally it will get worse to the point where i cant move without pain. Its been about 2 weeks and it still hurts. I have had no previous injuries and am wondering what i should do next. I’ve tried icy-hot, heating pads, and ice. Also stretching.
