They have tons of great back pain information and a FREE 50 page ebook Guide to Relieving Backpain.

and an all natural pain relief medication to replace dangerous drugs. You can get a free 30 day supply of it at the website above.

This powerful inflammation fighting formula includes:

Proteolytic Systemic Enzymes – Research indicates these enzymes work throughout your entire body to help it fight inflammation, breakdown scar tissue, cleanse the blood and also boost cardiovascular, respiratory and immune function.

Bromelain – This special natural compound, which is extracted from pineapple, contains several proteolytic enzymes that have been shown to short-circuit multiple pain pathways in the body.

It has been studied extensively since it’s discovery in 1957 and hundreds of studies have shown it to reduce inflammation, reduce and prevent swelling and remove waste and toxins from the blood.

Turmeric Extract – is taken from the dried root of the plant and it has been used to treat a wide range of ailments for thousands of years.

Studies have shown that it reduces inflammation by blocking both the COX-2 and 5-LOX enzymes which create pain. In addition, Turmeric’s antioxidant powers work to seek out and destroy free radicals in the body which contribute to pain and swelling.

Papain - contains a wide range of proteolytic enzymes and works by breaking down proteins. In studies it has been shown to be effective in the treatment of numerous conditions such as diabetes, herpes, cancer and digestion issues like bloating and chronic indigestion. Papain has also been shown to attack tumor cells and boost the immune system.

Boswellia Extract – One of the most widely used herbs in Indian medicine, it has been used for centuries by traditional Indian healers to reduce pain and inflammation. Hundreds of studies have been done proving it’s effectiveness and in addition to being a powerful and safe, natural anti-inflammatory, Boswellia has also been shown to support healthy blood circulation.

Rutin - Found naturally in a variety of plants and fruits, this flavanoid has been shown to have a strong anti-inflammatory effect due to it’s powerful anti-oxidant activity.

Ginger Extract – Used for over 2,500 years in Asia, Ginger has been used to treat nausea and to reduce pain and inflammation. It works by decreasing the amount of prostaglandins, which are what cause you to feel pain.

Devil’s Claw – another time-tested natural pain reliever, Devil’s Claw has been used for hundreds if not thousands of years in Africa. Numerous studies have proven it’s effectiveness in reducing pain and inflammation. In fact, one study found that Devil’s Claw was as effective in treating arthritis pain as common drug, phenylbutazone.

L-gluathione – a compound found in nearly all forms of life, L-gluathione protects the body from oxidative damage by acting as a buffer.

Vitamin E – This fat-soluble vitamin is an essential nutrient for humans and is known for it’s powerful anti-oxidant properties. Vitamin E has been shown to be beneficial in numerous situations and conditions such as controlling high blood pressure, maintaining healthy and balanced cholesterol levels, boost immune system function and improving circulatory conditions, skin health, memory and more.

Citrus Bioflavanoids – aid in the absorption of vitamins and act as important anti-oxidants. Citrus Bioflavanoids inhibit collagenase and elastase, the enzymes responsible for the breakdown of connective tissue. In addition to protecting connective tissues, they also protect against free radical damage.

Back pain is caused by pinched muscles in the back and to get rid of the pain you have to free up the muscles in your back. That will get rid of the pain and help keep it from coming back. Here's how to free up the back muscles:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax the body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Lying flat with a towel roll under the nape of the neck, and then place 1-2 pillows under the bend of the knees helps to take the pressure off the discs. Warm heating pad to back ( do not burn skin ) are palliative measures that help. If not allergic ask pharmacist to recommend OTC non-steroidal anti inflammatory med.

wow, if this guy was really in pain, he would NOT be doing most of those stretches, no way there is that much movement with lumbar herniations and sciatica, im? laying in hospital now after a l4-s1 fusion with 2 prev ops and movement like that wouldv'e killed me.

If the discs are bulging toward the rear causing pain,? worst stretch is to round the spine causing them to go further back. The correct stretch would be something like a cobra pose in yoga, gently moving the discs forward away from the spine, not what is being shown here.

To Jphillips & DieEisGeist,
I shot this footage with a model who does not have low back pain in the L4, L5, S1 region. The degree of assisted stretching performed by the therapist is in accordance with how much range of motion the client has. The idea is to go to the client's end range and? then have the therapist help get a few degrees beyond what the client can do on their own.
Please view the video as a rough guide example of how AIS therapy is able to help people with lower body issues.

The treatment is always adjusted to the individual's natural? range of motion. The model in the video does not have a herniated disc. For this video, I chose a model that does not suffer from lumbar herniations so that I could go through a wider range of examples. If the client is extremely inflexible, then the degree of assisted stretching would be much less than presented in this video. It would be similar movements, but much less in range of motion. And it will still help.
