This was very …
This was very informative. I’m 56 & after my back suddenly “going” 8mnths ago, my osteopath diagnosed possible disc bulge. An MRI scan has now confirmed ~ Lumbar 5 on the right.
After 1 month inability to move & a further month of severe pain, I am now entering my 8th month of discomfort. A strong Iboprufen helps enormously, but I wanna stay off those if I can. Someone suggested Pilates to strengthen inner-core muscles. You explained things very clearly, so I’ll now look at yor other videos.

Im 22yo male and get pain down my entire left leg all the way to my ankle, I have tried Chiropractic help, physiotherapy and have only really seen results/releif from chinese massage..but even that doesnt last long. I have seen a specialist which has recomended two options. first option is an injection into or around the disc bulge (which is said to only have a 50% chance of working. Option two is getting the bulge shaved off via surgery.

I suggest you pick up a copy of Robin Mckenzie’s book “Treat Your Own Back”. It is simply the best approach for naturally relieving disc generated pain.

Excellent job with …
Excellent job with the information and delivery! I have a disc bulge on the right nerve root at L5 & S1 that I have been enduring for 2 years. There are so many conflicting opinions on how to treat this condition… none of which helped me much though (tried an MD, PT, and DC). What exercises or stretches might you suggest?
