I’m experiencing lower back pain, but it’s not consistent. When I say “lower”, I mean at the very end of my back bone. Most of the time it occurs after waking up and sometimes when I walk. I know I can’t be diagnosed here, but I just thought maybe someone could share any similar experiences.
Thanks.
Sometimes while walking, when my feet hit the pavement, I’ll feel this pain. It’s not a sharp pain and not excruciating either, but it does bother me in certain positions.

u might have hurt it. go get it checked out, if ur older, then it could be arthritic. if not, it could be the mattress or something that happened. go get it checked out by a dr. and then you’ll know.

When my back bothers me its because I haven’t been exercising or stretching. I go to the gym and work out and stretch afterward. It usually takes a week before things are back in balance and the pain is gone. Don’t overdo it, light weights and don’t stretch to the point of tearing any muscles. If the pain gets worse, see a doctor.

early morning pain. may be due to the mattress you use. try changing to hard mattress.

A sagging mattress can cause this sort of pain, so get someone to turn it over for you to see if it helps.
