I’ve been having lower back pain for over 10 years now. I’ve been checked by many specialists and never found a good explanation? for my lower back pain. With this stretch, I can really feel it in my quads but most lower back problems seems to be caused by tight hip flexors. Is it just a matter of time to release the quads and then the stretch will also be good for the psoas or it might be that my hip flexors are not that tight ? BTW, I have an anterior pelvic tilt.

Hey Naudi, I’ve been having lower back pain on my left side for a few years now and? i go to the gym on and off trying to make my condition better but always end up injured… I’ve noticed in almost any movement where i have to bend my waist, my lower back on left side tightens up, and my lower right side always stays relatively relaxed.. consequently my lower left side is much more developped than my right, any help is much appreciated!

Great video; will simply doing bridges, stretching the hip flexors fix an APT? Or do you recommend some additional hamstring exercises? I also use a lacrosse ball on my glute medius, but just started doing that… keep up the great work? bro!
