Since you are pulling on the sacrum that is traction and I wonder if we can get something like this from hanging knee raises, though I guess with a twist, it is something people do for obliques. A benefit to partner-assist though is the relaxation and also probably better RoM since with knee raise we are limited by muscular strength in abs to flex the spine.

@UniqueMonique513 i suggest having a hot bath or shower to get the muscles to loosen up and then do whatever it is you would normally do to crack your back. thats what works for me
