I think I have a pinched nerve in my neck. I’m not really sure though but it hurts a lot in the left side my neck and near my shoulder (toward my spine). It hurts when I turn my head or tilt it to the side. What’s the best way to relieve the pain? I tried using a heat pack and it still hurts.

well my dad had a pinched nerve in his back, when he left it alone, it went away, so my advise is just let it be

My options (everyone is different):
- heat press;
- cold press;
- pain reliver (either meds or lotion);
- chiropractor, but they probably will want to see you more than it’s worth! – been there, done that!!…make sure you only go until you feel better, then if need be, go when ONLY necessary;
….and what ever your option, try not to over work the area and take breaks while at work (short, 30 seconds) at least every one or no more than two and get plenty of rest.
