The other day I was wearing some tight shoes, and after I took them off I noticed that the 2nd toe on both of my feet was numb. Its been 4 days and they are still numb (don’t hurt, just numb) so I am pretty sure its a pinched nerve. How long does this take to heal? I have been wearing flip flops since it happened as to not injure it any more. Also of note, I was recently tested for diabetes so I know its not anything having to do with that.
You have to let your nerve regenerate and that can take up to a couple of months. Nerve regeneration is a slow process, it also depends on your age. The younger you are the quicker it will regenerate. Hope this helps

could be a couple of days, up to a couple of weeks, it depends on you.
the nerve and the tissue around it needs to relax.
