I have impingement and tendenitis in my right shoulder and in alot of pain. I have had 2 rounds PT, 3 cortisone shots, 1 round oral steriods, and been taking naproxen for three months now. Absolutely no relief. Now upper back has starting hurting really bad. The pain has become really unbearable in shoulder and back. Any ideas on how to control pain? I’ve tried ice, heat. I’ve tried it all. Also, why would my back now hurt?
