I’ve been diagnosed with herniated disc after being in pain for over 8 months. I’ve been doing step aerobics and cardio workouts and was very active. My doctor told me to stop doing exercises where I have to do lots of running and jumping around. I get bored of yoga, swimming and other slow exercises. Can I keep doing spinning? What would be ok to do considering my condition? Thanks beforehand!!
