I’m only 7 weeks, I am overweight and it could be a contributing factor to my back pain, but I didn’t start having back pain until this week. Is it too early for me to be having back pain in my pregnancy? Only experienced and mature answers please.

What does the term “Pinched nerve” mean from a symptoms standpoint? For example, what symptoms would occur if you had a pinched nerve in your neck or back around the spine?

I am 37 weeks pregnant haven’t been having painsin my lower stomach and ever so present lower back pain. I was told that I was dilated to a two last Thursday. Since my water isn’t broken should i go to the hospital. I just don’t know if I can wait any longer for my doctor appointment?
For the last 3 days I have been experiencing chest pain and upper back pain. At times it also has been radiating under my arms. Part of the time it is very dull, and others it is stabbing. And then there are times where I have not pain at all.
I’m 22. I have had a cold recently. A little cough, but that has gotten better over the last few days.
Any suggestions or answers would be greatly appreciated.
I have only had a back massage. I have never had a full body massage.
