How to deal with Upper back pain?

I am strong, work lifting heavy patients. My Right side of upper back has a large knot, at T4-T6, swelling and restricting my movement, pain in right upper back, going up into my armpit and accross my chest. pain is severe.What musles could be involved?

Shoulder imingement and now upper back pain?

I have impingement and tendenitis in my right shoulder and in alot of pain. I have had 2 rounds PT, 3 cortisone shots, 1 round oral steriods, and been taking naproxen for three months now. Absolutely no relief. Now upper back has starting hurting really bad. The pain has become really unbearable in shoulder and back. Any ideas on how to control pain? I’ve tried ice, heat. I’ve tried it all. Also, why would my back now hurt?

Stomach pain upper back pain and harding above belly button?

So im kinda worried about acouple things and trying to figure out whats going on with my body. About a year ago i had a baby by c section . but lately ive been having stomach pain and my stomach is hard above my belly button .ive had my period and took a pregnancy test that showed negative ive been having upper back pain ..can yall give me some ideas of what maybe going on? or if anyone has had these problems with having c section?
